  1. Slice the Baguette. Take a wide kind of shallow bowl in which you can comfortably dip the bread slices. Mix milk and other ingredients except the eggs first. Once whisked add in the eggs too and whisk it together.
  2. Now dip the bread slice on one side, let it absorbs some liquid then turn it other side and dip again and let it soak the liquid from that side too, with the help of fingers, put the mixed onion, cilantro and chilli on the side which would be the top part and place it in the preheated pan/ Skillet with about 1/2 tsp of oil. Keep the flame low. Cook for about two - three minutes on both sides flipping side. (Tips: Cover with a lid and cook)
