- Sabse pehle hum sabhi vegetables ko medium shape me chopped karenge. After French fries shape me potato cut kar lenge.after potato ko wash kar lenge 2-3 bar.phir ache se towel se saaf kar le.After unme cornflour lagaker 10 minute fridger kar le.
- After unhe kadhai me oil garam karke deep fry kar le.lgt brown hone per nikal le.
- After ek pan lenge usme 2tsp oil dalenge or onion fry karenge 1-2 minute tak.phir capcicum dalenge or sabhi ingredients bhi add karenge jese,salt,Kali mirch, soya sauce,green chilli sauce,tomato sauce,vinegar sabhi ko ache se mix karenge.
- After French fries add karenge.Ache se mix kar denge or 1-2 minute tak flem per rakhenge after flem off.
- Ready to chilli potato.garnish ke liye green onion,coriander, thode til dalker serve karein.it's very yummy & tasty.
